SouthBay Social Network is a community-driven organization built by and for the people of the South Bay. We show up for our neighbors by creating safe spaces, sharing resources, and building genuine connections that help individuals and families navigate difficult times and move forward. Everything we do is rooted in community care, mutual support, and the belief that when we look out for each other, we all grow stronger.

The South Bay Social Network brings neighbors, partners, and volunteers together to make a difference. From family festivals to youth outreach and local business collaborations — there’s always a way to connect.

DJ PUnchie

This month, South Bay Social Network honors Rafael Lomeli

better known to the community as DJ Punchie,as our Angel of the Month.

Born and raised in Hawthorne and a 1999 graduate of Leuzinger High School, Rafael’s roots in the South Bay run deep. With over two decades behind the decks, he has turned a lifelong passion for music into a platform for community connection.

As the owner of Bedroxxx Allstars, he consistently shows up for the neighborhood, blending local leadership with genuine dedication to the culture and people around him.

Thank you, Rafael, for your 20+ years of energy, service, and commitment to the South Bay.
